In setting up Land2Sell our objective has been to follow a process that is as transparent as possible and which avoids the seller in unnecessary costs.
Following a successful career in estate management, Chris Hingston has developed strong contacts with leading property developers, builders of sustainable and care homes, together with independent specialists in the legal and tax aspects of land transactions.
John Waddington runs Top 100 property marketing, and has an effective track record of marketing property on the internet through his consultancy Fen Digital.
