Land2Sell are looking for:
- 1 to 5 acres for affordable and/or ‘green’ housing
- 10 to 15 acres for care homes
- Any size plot for a major developer.

How it works
If you have land to sell, the process is simple:
- We will contact you with regard to sending us a plan of the land
- If the land appears to be suitable for development, Land2Sell will seek the best match from its selected panel of UK development companies, and any interested developers will contact you directly with a view to inspecting the land.
- If a developer considers the land to be suitable for development, they will enter into a contract to buy the land.
- Most contracts will require the developer to make a planning application. If the planning application succeeds, Land2Sell will receive a commission from the developer. As land owner you will pay nothing.
- Land2Sell will keep any site on our files for up to 3 years, unless you request us to remove it. We will respect the privacy of your information.
